COMPLETED PROJECTS - THE PLAYHOUSE THEATRE

CP Sound supplied a new front-of-house audio system to The Playhouse Theatre as part of a technical revamp. The Playhouse, in the heart of London's West End, is one of the capital's most popular entertainment venues.

The installation was carried out by CP Sound in conjunction with The Playhouse's Technical Manager Andrew Nu.

The very precise specification required a cabinet with a frequency response that ranged between 50 Hz and 20 kHz - an extremely wide band to be covered by one box. The solution was a CP Sound twin 15" enclosure with a 2" horn, driven by an RSE amplifier.
