COMPLETED PROJECTS - MEZZO


  

The first Conran restaurant to receive CP Sound's special attention was downstairs at the Mezzo, Wardour Street, London.

Here, CP installed a full sound system including 16 JBL Control 28 top cabinets and 8 Celestion SR6 bass. The tops were all angled via triangular pods, and sunk back into the ceiling with only the bottom edge corners level with the ceiling - so the rest of the cabinet is unobtrusively lost above. The bass bins are hidden under the seating.

The Mezzo system is large in order to cover the space adequately. The site is on the footprint of the famous former live music venue - The Marquee Club, and the control room features a 6ft high rack full of RSE amps also installed by CP Sound

  

For control at this and other Conran sites, CP has used a winning formula of Cloud preamp equipment and RSE amplifiers with clip control, chosen for their reliability and protection facilities.
